These Terms govern your use of the Perfxtec website and our mentorship services. By accessing the site or engaging us, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.
1. Who we are

2. Nature of our services
Perfxtec provides educational content and 1-on-1 trading mentorship across multi-asset markets including but not limited to BTC, NASDAQ, DXY, Gold, and Silver. Our services are educational and informational only. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulator. We do not provide personal financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing on this site or in our sessions constitutes a solicitation or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument.
3. No guarantee of results
Trading any financial instrument involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance — ours, our mentors', or anyone else's — is not indicative of future results. No outcome is guaranteed. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the financial consequences of those decisions.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. By engaging us, you confirm that participating in trading education is legal where you live.
5. Bookings, payment, and refunds
- Bookings: Sessions and packages are reserved upon receipt of cleared payment.
- Payment: Fees are quoted at the time of booking. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of bank charges or currency conversion costs, which are your responsibility.
- Cancellations: You may cancel a single session up to 24 hours before its scheduled start for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit that session.
- Refunds: Multi-session packages are refundable on a pro-rata basis (less any sessions already delivered and a 10% administrative fee) for up to 14 days from purchase. After 14 days, packages are non-refundable but remain redeemable for 12 months.
- Statutory rights: Where you are a UK consumer, your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 are not affected.
6. Your conduct
When using the site or engaging in mentorship, you agree not to:
- Re-distribute, resell, record, or publish session content, materials, or trade examples without our prior written consent.
- Use our content to mislead, defraud, or solicit money from third parties.
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the site or its services.
- Behave abusively toward our mentors, staff, or other clients.
7. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, written materials, frameworks, charts, video, and code on this site or shared during sessions are owned by Perfxtec or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access this material for your own learning. No other rights are granted.
8. Third-party tools and partners
We reference third-party brokers, platforms, copytrading services, and other tools (including but not limited to those listed in our "Partners" section). We are not responsible for the content, performance, fees, or conduct of any third party. Any commercial relationship you enter with a third party is between you and them. Where we receive a referral commission, we will disclose it on the relevant page.
9. Disclaimers
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation). Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the site or our services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses, including lost profits, lost trading capital, lost opportunities, or lost data.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Perfxtec, our mentors, and our affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services in violation of applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the site or to a mentorship engagement at any time for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination for cause, no refund is due for sessions already delivered or packages forfeited under section 5.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, except that, where you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
